About group entry application ※Please read
An application is required for group visits to Kokeizan (10 people or more).
*Even if there are fewer than 10 people entering the mountain at one time due to division into groups, teams, or car numbers, if you are the same group, you must still apply. Please apply for the total number of people.
*If you are coming by bus or other large vehicle, please be sure to declare the number of vehicles.
*If the number of buses that may be able to use the bus parking spaces at the same time on the same day is likely to be exceeded, we may refuse parking. In that case, parking will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis (not on a first-come, first-served basis), so please apply early, especially during the autumn foliage season (November to early December).
*If a bus is parked anywhere other than the designated location (such as on the street), we will immediately report it to the appropriate authorities, and any future applications from the bus company or travel agency in question will not be accepted.
- Application for group entry must be submitted On the day of visit7 days agoToPlease apply. It takes a few days to issue a mountain entry permit. Please apply with plenty of time to spare.
- The secretariat will confirm the application details and return the permit.
